Ready for Winter's Wagging

Wow just like that it seems, summer is done and winter is here. The possibilities for yellow snow is endless. As well as the time of year when our k9 kids get the least amount of activity or exercise. So important to remember to limit treats or give very low calorie treats. The Chicken or duck jerky is a wonderful way to go on that. You can even make your our jerky or goodies goodness for you k9 children. I have pretty much stopped with processed treats, just so much un-needed junk in them. I make some very healthy goodies for the k9 kids and that way I can also adjust for allergies or special needs. Cranberries great or urinary health, pumpkin great for digestive health, flaxseed one of natures riches source for Omega-3, fiber, and more. Just so much good stuff we can do instead of processed junk. It is just amazing to me how much is here for all natural via God , he thought of all this. It is taken us so long to figure out that we don't have to add to or make it better. The natural way things were intended is in most cases perfect. Just like God made them. I am just now seems like, so late in life finding all this wonderful stuff out, an Oh My it is so interesting to me. We can change how we feel just from a scent, a smell. Or calm an entire home with an oil. The herbal effect of what seems to me like a zillion plants, roots, flowers, and seeds. Can sooth, and heal, and do most everything we need. Just Amazingly Mystifying. The more I learn, the more I learn. Not to mention that each and every day one of the animal friends I spend my time with teach me something, whether I want to learn it or not. Dogs are good teachers, as most pets can teach us without us even knowing it. So here's to a winter of wags & tags, yellow snow and all.

Dog Tails & Way Out Wags

Dog Tails & Way out Wags

So far spring has been busy happening around here. I am way behind on updates for this web site. I have so many pictures to add. The little k9 pool has a leak so we have to get the kids a new one. So many k9 kids just love water. I am really starting to notice just how many med to large size k9 kids I care for that are really getting up in the years, but they are still going strong. A nice thing to see that maybe our beloved k9 kids are living longer now days. Among all the k9 kids that come and go thru here for visits, they all seem to give a sweet respect to the elders of the group. I love knowing they do that. I love watching them do things like that. They have such feelings and understanding that we just can't imagine. I spend so much time with k9 kids I get to watch first hand many behaviors. Each day they end up teaching me something. Don't seem to matter if I want to learn it or not. I would love to hear others stuff about your pets. so let me know. Wag a bunch More
