Summer 2010

Looks like summer made it to us, even if I think it took a long time it is here at last. I have started making healthy frozen treats for all the K9 kids.

Many of the kids love the water play, and the tunnels. Running around with friends just having fun. I love watching how they play and pick friends. The two in the picture Ariel a young lab lady and Bullseye a silly american bulldog, they come from two different families, yet they made such good buddies. All the dogs like Ariel, in the dog world she must be one hot tamale. We have had so many wonderful pets so far this summer, and many more to come and go. The regulars that have been here before are always eager to come back. They barrel in the door ready for play. I just love that they love to come back. Let us know we are doing this the right way to please the pets.  I want to do a plug here for Canyon Crossroads Animal Hospital, last Monday night I had an emergency with our little Pea-Nokio I left my home at 6:30 p.m. they close at 7p.m., I called to let them know I was on the way. The entire staff was kind and patient and WONDERFUL. Our beloved Pea-Nokio will be fine, thanks to God and Dr.Ezell and Canyon Crossroads. I have worked at Canyon for several years but it was my first time with a dire emergency at closing time. And my pet and I were treated wonderful no sighs or rudeness because I was making people work late, they all stayed and helped, all were very kind and caring. I just cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you all to everyone at Canyon Crossroads Animal Hospital. Josh even called back to talk with my husband to find out for sure which pet I was bringing in so they could be prepared. What an awesome place. In this day and age where it seems all customer service has become rude and unkind. It just makes me very happy to know they are always here for our pets.

Pea-Nokio and PheBee

We were on the way home from Pea's cardiac ultrasound and the two just got in the floor an feel fast asleep, so sweet. PheBee is Pea's gal. She loves him dearly. I wish I could have had a video of her while he was having the ultrasound done. She was nuts, she has to always be touching him. Just to funny. The best news of all his heart is just fine.
